[Let's be real they're probably both exhausted, but Ion knows his Original has to be having a worse time right now, between last week and this week...and he's just happy that he's still alive. Ultimately, he doesn't know if keeping him company helps or harms, but...it feels wrong to leave him alone, to not express that he's here and he's thinking of him. Maybe it stems from his own feelings. But if he hates being alone, it has to be somewhat similar for him, too.

So, with a measure of caution, he approaches.]

[ But whatever his words, Ion... really, at the moment, appears nothing other than sedate as he reclines against whatever support there is to be offered, out in the grounds of the castle.

The gardens really would be a beautiful place. The fountain is grand, and the roses sprawling. The arrangements are exquisitely done. It's peaceful, for any given measure of such in a place like this.

Ion isn't alone. Not really. A certain pegasus, after all, is curled into his side. ]
